| the ABS system much quicker than normal, render the rear brakes almost ineffective.....but yes there is certainly more to braking than stopping distance. It isn't until actual measures of performance are recorded that people who thought they upgraded their brakes often times find out that they actually have less braking performance due to ill-planned modifications.
